Roosters for Spring? Sure!

I've been working on a new bag design, and I had some really cute rooster fabric from JoAnn's.  I'd been stashing it away, not certain how I wanted to use it....and saving it for something 'just right'!

I keep referring to this bag as "The Scooter Bag".  I'm not exactly sure why except that I saw a bag once with this similar shape that inspired me to work on this design.  I'm thinking I'm destined to make this in a scooter print here soon.   For now, you get Roosters!

The nice, wide (17 inch) bag is so roomy for all your gear, and easy to toss over your shoulder.  

It's Personal!

Ok, let me just preface this by saying that it was never my intention to make these and sell them.  I made one as a spoof, or gag gift rather, for my friend Jenn.   She and I chuckle at all the bizarre tampon related items at Etsy (you know I'm right) , and I couldn't resist making her some sort of feminine hygiene goodie, recently.  tee hee

So, I decided to make a useful gift.  She works out a lot and I thought that a little wallet, of sorts, would fit the bill! She can carry it in her bag and not be obvious, y'know???   I'm calling it the 'It's Personal!' Wallet.   Our friend, Teri, saw this and immediately decided that she wanted one, too! It's on the way, Ter, I promise! And, frankly, these ARE really cute!  Admit it!  They have 3 tampon slots and one pad slot.  Toss it in your bag, purse or whatever, and you are stylin'!
